This is a pic of the a drink called Chilcano. Its made with Pisco, the national Peruvian Liquor made in the town of.. can you guess.... Pisco! It tastes like a ray of sunshine. In Brazil is was Pingha, which was like moonshine made of Sugar Cane. Yum! The drink there was Cipidena. I think its spelled differently but i dont know portugese and also i am drunk. Funny thing, im not drunk on either of these fine latin liquors.... im drunk on good ol Black Label. Thanks America.

went to peru this summer with my peruvian surfer husband...agree lima was overcast, cuzco...lovely, the ruins... like they were made yesterday..hardly ruins. you will love the clear air and energizing beauty of the sierra and plazas of cuzco.
